delilah ashleigh burling was brought into the world on february 14, 1986, they day of love, to her over the moon parents, jack and heather burling. born into a wealthy family, instantly her parents treated their little princess like royalty. born and raised in seattle, washington, delilah was brought up in a world where everything she wanted was given to her. no was never an answer in delilah's childhood. but at the age of eight, she recived a rude awakening because her mother let her know she was going to be a big sister in a couple of months. not to long after there was another addition to the family in the tune of another baby girl. she was no longer held all the attention but now had to share the spotlight with a sister. with an eight year gap between them, delilah despised her sister after she was born. she refused to share her toys, would cry when the attention was not on her, and wanted nothing to do with her little sister. but as the years went by and they grew older, their relationship began to change. as the years went on, they grew closer and closer as delilah grew older and older. by the time delilah was in high school, her home life was starting to get rocky. while it looked picture perfect on the outside, it was nothing but in the inside. her parents marriage was starting to fall apart and not even six months later, announced they were getting a divorce to their girls. her dad announced that he was moving back to chicago, where he grew up, leaving delilah and her sister to stay in seattle with their mom. delilah took the divorce especially hard. she was so close to her dad that being able to see him was tough on her. the only reason she was able to get passed this time in her life was because of her friends, but mainly one best friend by the name of jake kanners. delilah met jake in freshman year when she first started high school. while delilah was quite the social butterfly, he was defiantly her number one best friend who stuck by her side through it all. they have remained friends after all these years, growing closer and closer as the years went on. delilah is the type of girl who doesn't let anything get in her way. she lives day to day without really thinking about the outcome to her choices. she is a total free spirit, lives her days like it's her last, and is quite laid back about most things. it takes a lot to get delilah all worked up. she's also quite the party girl. she still acts like she's twenty-one, going out and staying out dancing the night away with no care of growing up anytime soon. she doesn't exactly act her age, but with how can she can look, she gets away with it. delilah doesn't have any plans for the future, but rather letting things fall into place. she currently works as a hair dresser at a high end salon catering to those who have the money to spend on an overpriced hair cut. she loves her job and the cool people she meets while styling hair. but as much as delilah loves how her life currently is, things are about to change as delilah is three months pregnant. after a drunken night with jake, one thing led to another and with no protection used, they now have a baby on the way. she doesn't know how she feels about everything yet. she isn't even sure how she feels about jake yet. he's always been her best friend and now she is starting to see him in another light.

• she is a huge animal lover. she has a dog named mookie who is pretty much the number one man in her life. she is also a vegetarian.
